Diablo JA Club operates out of the Japanese American Religious and Cultural Center (JARCC), located in Concord, California. An all-volunteer run community center and non-profit organization (501(c)3), we rely on our annual Summer Festival fundraiser, modest membership fees and community generosity to maintain the facilities and cover operating expenses.
