New Business:

·        It was requested that there be a record of all the monthly meeting minutes on the premises.  This has been completed for the past 6 years.

·        Thank you to the Japanese school for taking responsibility for correcting the issues that led to the broken windows.

·        It is every clubs responsibility to take care of the grounds and the building. We must all ensure that the children are supervised at all times.

·        REMINDER: All affiliated clubs need to turn in their liability waivers to Pat Baba.  These will be kept in a binder in the office.  It was decided that 3 years of waivers would be kept and all old ones would be shredded.

·        There is now a new protocol to follow if an injury occurs on the premises or something gets damaged:  All incidents are to be reported to the JA club president who will then report it to the JARCC president. The JARCC president  will then inform the board.  This is the proper chain of command so the information is accurate and timely.  Thank you for your cooperation.
